It’s a dangerous trend—federal prosecutors have the power and authority to destroy a person’s company and reputation, but are falsely accusing innocent people of crimes they didn’t commit. To discuss growing concerns of “over-criminalization,” prosecutorial misconduct and the overall lack of accountability in the system, we’re joined by Cyril H.
